The SGM8192-1 current-sense differential amplifier delivers a cost-effective solution for precision current measurement across industrial, medical, telecom and computing applications. The device senses the voltage across a current-sense resistor at common mode voltage from -0.2V to 30V, functionality independent of the supply voltage. The SGM8192-1 integrates a matched resistor gain network with a choice of two fixed gains: 20V/V or 50V/V. This precision-matched architecture minimizes gain error and reduces temperature drift.
The SGM8192-1 operates from a single 2.7V to 5.5V power supply. It draws a typical supply current of 220μA.
The SGM8192-1 is available in a Green SOT-23-5 package. It is specified over the extended -40℃ to +125℃ temperature range.
