The SGM2035C is a low power and low dropout voltage linear regulator. It is capable of supplying 500mA output current with typical dropout voltage of only 250mV. The operating input voltage range is from 2.5V to 5.5V. The fixed output voltages are 1.8V, 2.8V, 3.0V and 3.3V.
Other features include logic-controlled shutdown mode, current limit and thermal shutdown protection.
The SGM2035C is available in Green UTDFN-1.6×1.6-6L and TDFN-2×2-6L packages. It operates over an ambient temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃.
