The current-sense amplifier SGM8181-1 is designed for the applications which are sensitive for the cost. The bidirectional current-sense amplifier can sense the current that flowing through the sense resistor at the common mode range which from -0.2V to 30V. There are two gains for the customers to select, which are 20V/V and 50V/V. Moreover, the integrated resistive matching network can optimize the gain error and the temperature drift of the device.

The SGM8181-1 operates from a single 2.7V to 5.5V power supply. It draws a typical supply current of 220μA.

The SGM8181-1 is available in a Green SOT-23-6 package. It is specified over the extended operating temperature range of -40℃ to +125℃.
