SGM31360 consists of 36 constant current channels each with independent PWM control, designed for driving LEDs. PWM frequency can be programmed to the corresponding value according to 8/10/12/16-bit PWM resolution setting and oscillator frequency setting via I2C interface. The output current of each channel can be set to 20mA via a 4kΩ external resistor and an internal register. SGM31360 has a current limit function to avoid over-current, which is configured by register bit. The average LED current of each channel can be changed in maximum 65535 steps by changing the PWM duty cycle via an I2C interface.
Pulling SDB low or using the software shutdown feature can turn off the SGM31360 to reduce power consumption.
SGM31360 is available in a Green TQFN-5×5-44L package. It operates from 2.7V to 5.5V over the temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃.
