The SGM61282 is a constant on-time (COT) mode synchronous Buck converter that integrates low R_DSON power MOSFETs. The main control loop of SGM61282 uses COT mode control, which can provide very fast transient response. With internal low R_DSON switches, the SGM61282 is capable of delivering 8A output current over a wide input voltage range. The output voltage of SGM61282-3.3 is fixed to 3.3V.

The SGM61282 is available in a Green space-saving UTQFN-3×3-23L package.
