The SGM61167 is a high-efficiency high-frequency synchronous Buck DC/DC converter with a wide input voltage range and 6A output current, optimized for compact solutions. With an internally compensated adaptive constant on-time (ACOT) control architecture, ultra-fast dynamic response is achieved, and loop stabilization is guaranteed with ease.

The SGM61167 provides multiple configurable functions: internal LDO or external VCC bias, three switching frequency 600kHz/1100kHz/2000kHz, PSM or FCCM operating mode at light load, internal fixed or external adjustable soft-start time, internal reference or external trackable reference input, and programed current limit with R_CS resistor.

The device integrates comprehensive protection features to ensure reliable operation, such as output over-voltage protection (OVP), output under-voltage protection (UVP), output overshoot reducing mode (ORM), over-current protection (OCP), input under- voltage lockout (UVLO), VCC UVLO and thermal shutdown.

The SGM61167 is available in a Green TQFN-2×3-14L package.
