The SGM48550 is single-channel non-isolated truly differential input (TDI) MOSFETs and GaN HEMTs driver for both the high-side and low-side.

The TDI stage concept enables the driver to have high common mode robustness (CMR) and no false triggering even if a common mode voltage exists on the input differential pair. The peak common mode voltage between ground reference (GND) and driver inputs (IN-, IN+) can reach up to ±200V DC and ±400V AC.

The SGM48550 is available in a Green SOT-23-6 package.
