The SGM42322 is a triple half-bridge driver, which is designed to drive three-phase brushless DC motors.

The device has multiple protection functions, including under-voltage lockout (UVLO), over-current protection (OCP) at fixed level and thermal shutdown (TSD). The nFAULT pin is used to indicate the fault problems.

The SGM42322 is available in a Green TQFN-2×2.5-16L package.
