The 74LVC1G126SQ is a single buffer/line driver with a non-inverting 3-state output and it is designed for 1.65V to 5.5V V_CC operation. The 3-state output is controlled by the output enable input (OE). When OE is low, the output is in the high-impedance state. When OE is high, the device passes data from the A input to the Y output. The device implements the Boolean function Y = A.

This device is highly suitable for partial power-down applications by using power-off circuit. When the device is powered down, the output is disabled, and the current backflow can be prevented from passing through the device.

The 74LVC1G126SQ is AEC-Q100 qualified (Automotive Electronics Council (AEC) standard Q100 Grade 1) and it is suitable for automotive applications.

The 74LVC1G126SQ is available in a Green SC70-5 package. It operates over a temperature range of -40℃ to +125℃.
