The 74AUP1G14 is a low power single Schmitt-Trigger inverter and it operates supply voltage range from 0.8V to 3.6V. The device can keep very low static and dynamic power dissipation over the entire supply voltage range and it implements Boolean function Y = A.
This device is highly suitable for partial power-down applications by using power-off circuit. When the device is powered down, the output is disabled, and the current backflow can be prevented from passing through the device.
The 74AUP1G14 is available in Green SC70-5, SOT-23-5, XTDFN-1×1-6L and UTDFN-1.45×1-6AL packages. It operates over a temperature range of -40℃ to +125℃.
