36V电压检测器，带内部参考电压

SGM883 是一款电源电压范围为 2.3V 至 36V 的欠压（UV）检测器，内置一个高精度比较器和 400mV 内部基准电压，并提供一个可耐受高达 36V 电压的开漏复位输出。

当输入电压（IN）低于负阈值时，nRESET 被拉低；当输入电压高于正阈值时，nRESET 被释放（拉高）。

为防止误触发并确保输出稳定，比较器内置迟滞电路，有效抑制噪声干扰。

SGM883 采用绿色 SOT-23-6 封装，工作温度范围为 -40℃ 至 +125℃。
