SGM71622R2 系列是一款 16 位、低功耗、双通道、带缓冲的电压输出型数模转换器（DAC）。
该系列器件内置 2.5V、温漂仅 5ppm/℃ 的高精度基准电压源，并支持可编程满量程输出：1.25V（增益 = ½）、2.5V（增益 = 1）或 5V（增益 = 2），典型积分非线性（INL）误差低至 ±0.5 LSB。
SGM71622R2 系列采用兼容 SPI 的灵活串行接口，最高支持 50MHz 的时钟频率。
器件集成上电复位管理电路，确保输出在启动时处于预设默认状态。该系列提供两个版本：一种上电复位至 0V，另一种复位至中量程。
在 5.5V 供电条件下，每通道工作电流仅为 0.7mA，非常适合电池供电应用；进入掉电模式后，每通道功耗进一步降至 0.5μA。
SGM71622R2 系列采用绿色 TQFN-3×3-16DL 封装，工作环境温度范围为 -40℃ 至 +125℃。
