The SGM6505 is a 6-bit, 1-of-2 multiplexer/ demultiplexer which is designed to operate from a single 2V to 5V power supply. The SGM6505 is able to control the digital and analog signals transmission that is up to VCC in any direction.
The SGM6505 contains two control pins (IN1 and IN2) and an enable pin. Each control pin separately controls three 1-of-2 multiplexers simultaneously. For the control pins, the device supports 1.8V logic threshold compatibility and backward compatibility (2.5V and 3.3V logic thresholds). When the enable pin goes to high level, all outputs are in high-impedance mode. The SGM6505 has the ability to control two different audio-video signals, which provides more flexible applications for the users.
The SGM6505 is available in Green TSSOP-24 and TQFN-4×4-24L packages. It operates over an ambient temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃.
