SGM829 系列可监控 1.8V 至 5V 的系统电压。当 VDD 电压低于预设阈值（VIT）或手动复位（nMR）引脚被驱动为低电平时，开漏 nRESET 输出将有效。当 VDD 电压和 nMR 电压恢复到各自的阈值以上后，nRESET 输出将在用户可调的延迟时间内保持低电平。
SGM829 采用精密基准电压源，阈值精度可达 1%。固定复位超时时间可通过将 SRT 引脚保持开路设置为 0.29ms。可编程复位超时时间可通过连接到 SRT 引脚的外部电容设置为 1.25ms 至 10s。低静态电流使 SGM829 非常适合电池供电应用。
SGM829 采用绿色环保的 SOT-23-5 封装。
