SGM811C 和 SGM812C 是集成微处理器监控器件，能够在上电、断电以及电压降低的欠压条件下复位。即使 VCC 电压低至 1V，复位输出仍可正常工作。在上电过程中，内部定时器会维持 200ms 的复位信号，确保微处理器保持复位状态，直至其状态稳定。
SGM811C 提供低电平有效的 nRESET 输出，而 SGM812C 则提供高电平有效的 RESET 输出。这些器件还提供七种复位阈值电压选项，分别适用于 1.8V、2.5V、3V、3.3V 和 5V 的电压监控。
此外，这些器件还具备手动复位 (nMR) 功能。当器件失控或锁定时，该功能可减少损坏。
SGM811C 和 SGM812C 采用绿色 SOT-143 封装，工作结温范围为 -40℃至 +125℃。
