SGM804 可监控 1.6V 至 5V 的系统电压。当 VCC 电压低于复位阈值时，器件将发出复位信号；当 VCC 电压升至复位阈值时，复位输出将在用户可调的复位超时时间内保持低电平，该超时时间由外部电容设定。此外，SGM804 还具有出色的瞬态抗扰度，能够忽略快速的 VCC 瞬态电压。
SGM804 采用绿色 SOT-23-5 封装，其工作环境温度范围为 -40℃ 至 +85℃。
