SGM6039系列是一款低电压、高效能的微型同步降压转换器，核心优势在于超低的静态电流。该器件典型开关频率高达1.3MHz，搭配微型电感器和电容器即可实现极小的解决方案尺寸，适配空间受限的应用场景。

该器件典型关断电流仅20nA，超低的静态电流典型值为245nA。为提升轻载效率，器件可在省电模式与PWM模式之间自动平滑切换，无需额外手动操作。VSET引脚通过检测外部电阻，能将输出电压精准设置为18个预设值，满足多样化电压需求。

SGM6039系列提供绿色WLCSP-0.8×1.05-6B和SOT-563-6两种封装选项，适配不同安装需求。
