GRM2010 是一款高度集成的电源子系统 SoC，专为降压型 DC/DC 电源转换而设计。它将功率电感、输入/输出滤波电容、功率开关及电压调节电路全部集成于一种专有的 3D 封装结构中。该器件采用超紧凑、低剖面 LGA 封装（尺寸仅为 2.0mm × 2.0mm × 1.1mm），非常适合高密度系统应用。

其中，GRM2010-1.8 版本内置同步降压转换器，开关频率高达 10MHz。全系列采用恒定导通时间 PWM 控制架构，在保证环路稳定性的同时，提供优异的负载瞬态响应性能。

得益于独特的 3D 结构，GRM2010 的垂直热阻抗显著低于传统引线框架式 LGA 封装，大幅提升了散热效率。此外，器件还集成多项保护功能，包括欠压锁定（UVLO）、集成软启动（有效抑制启动浪涌电流）、过压保护（OVP）、过流保护（OCP）以及过热关断（OTP）。

GRM2010 采用绿色 LGA-2×2-8AL 封装。
