Product EOL Notification (EOL)
SGMICRO's product EOL process complies with J-STD-048. SGMICRO provides EOL notice and offers pre-termination purchase (LTB) opportunities when applicable. SGMICRO accepts orders up to 6 months from the EOL date and allows delivery time for any ordered products to be extended additional 6 months, but it should be specifically authorized by the product line manager.
Product EOL notifications include:
EOL tracking number
Detailed description
Last order date (no more than 6 months after notification)
Last delivery date (up to six months after order period ends)
Product identification (affected products)
Identification of replacement product, if applicable
