The SGM7SZ244 is an octal buffer/line driver with 3-state outputs which accepts a wide supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.0V. The device is organized as two 4-bit line drivers with separate output enable inputs (1OE and 2OE). When nOE is held low, data transmits from the nAn inputs to the nYn outputs. When nOE is held high, the outputs are in the high-impedance state.
The SGM7SZ244 is available in a Green TSSOP-20 package. It operates over an ambient temperature range of -40℃ to +125℃.
