GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The SGM8969-1/2 are a family of single and dual rail-to-rail input and output operational amplifiers with 50MHz gain-bandwidth product and 20V/μs slew rate, while consuming only 1.1mA quiescent current per amplifier at 5.5V.

The SGM8969-1/2 feature a 240μV maximum input offset, and the devices are optimized for low voltage operation from 1.8V to 5.5V.

The single SGM8969-1 is available in a Green SOT-23-5 package. The dual SGM8969-2 is available in Green SOIC-8 and TDFN-3×3-8L packages. They are specified over the extended industrial temperature range (-40 to +125).
