GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The SGM6515 is a high-speed, monolithic, 8:1 analog multiplexer. It operates from a 3.3V to 13.2V single supply or ±3.3V to ±6.6V dual supplies.

The SGM6515 can select any one input from 8 inputs to switch to a common output terminal, and the switching function is controlled by the 3-bit address lines (A0 - A2). The enable function is decided by the EN input. If the device is disabled, all switches are turned off; if the device is enabled, the logic inputs (A0 - A2) determine which switch is turned on.

The SGM6515 features a 24Ω (TYP) on-resistance and a 12Ω (TYP) on-resistance flatness, which assures low distortion and excellent linearity for switching applications.

The SGM6515 is available in a Green TSSOP-16 package. It operates over an ambient temperature range of -40 to +85.
