GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The SGM892B and SGM893B are low power consumption voltage detectors with high accuracy detection. These miniature devices offer tremendous flexibility with an adjustable threshold that is available from 1V to 5V with 0.1V increments. These devices are ideal for use in power-supply sequencing, reset sequencing, and power-switching applications.

The VOUT pin is an N-channel open-drain output with active-low reset. An active-low manual-reset input (nMR) is included in SGM893B.

The SGM892B is available in Green UTDFN-1×1-4L, SOT-23-3 and SOT-23-5 packages. The SGM893B is available in Green SOT-23-5 and UTDFN-1×1-4L packages. They are specified over the -40 to +125 operating temperature range.
